Honestly, we used our leaf mulching machine for less than a month before it malfunctioned, however, Factory Pure could not have been more helpful in restoring it to a better status than it originally came to us, I think. My husband is a bit of a mechanic, and he emailed a customer service rep to present our problem. After a couple of communications and explanations, the rep was wonderful in the whole process of analyzing which parts we needed to fix our machine. We did not have to return it, and now it works better than ever. We just appreciate not being second guessed and respected in our requests when something happened to the motor. We are extremely satisfied with the Factory Pure Co.
