Works great looks good. The only problem I had was getting the correct measurements for my opening in my fireplace and that was entirely my fault.
When installed it’s not heating very well and goes into defrost or low mode. When I contacted factory pure I was told to contact Solaris. I have not had time to make it back to the lake to call and get the troubleshooting done. Out of the box it has not proven to be a good heating unit.
Live in SoCal fire areas. SCE keeps turning my power off as a fire precaution. 6 times in the last 3 months for 2-4 days at a stretch. Had a smaller 3500 watt gas only generator with a 30 amp interlock plug. Got tired of constantly having to find and store gas for it. I wanted a tri-fuel since I have natural gas and wanted to back it up with propane so I don't have to store gasoline and worry about dealing with that. I ordered on Monday January 13th and it arrived at my house on Friday January 17th. So the description needs to be updated, first- it comes with a 25 foot natural gas hose and all the quick connect fitting including the one to attach to the generator. It does not come with the 2 plugs to make your own interlock connection cord with so make sure you have either the 30 amp or the 50 amp. It did not come with a printed user manual but has a QR code to scan for the downloaded version. It comes with a quart of oil, battery tender and propane regulator/hose., cover and some tools I hooked up the quick connect to my gas line and it fired up after it purged the air from the line. Ran a break in period. Then 2 days later (today) they turned my power off due to high winds. Fired it right up and connected to my interlock and my house is powered up. I highly recommend this generator, it may be more than others but it is much quieter then my last generator and can sit right nex to it running and have a conversation easily.

This stove is easy to start and throws off a lot of heat but does need to be tended to on a regular basis. It fires up to 500 degrees but you have to 'help' the pellets fall into the burn pot every so often to maintain a constant fire.
It uses standard 3 inch Duralast double wall pipe for the exhaust. I bought this particular stove because of the how long it was reported that the hopper would last. I also find that the only way to keep it going is to have it running wide open as when you try to slow it down it goes out.
At this point, I wouldn't recommend this model and wish I would have bought a 'regular' powered pellet stove. I have an England stove in my home that I've had for over ten years and love it.

I found putting the wheels and handle on was quite easy. (Best to use a socket wrench instead of pliers! ). I have yet to use it, but I am sure it’s going to work very well! Excellent quality! No shoddy workmanship here! I am excited to try it out!

So now we have to take it to a shop to have repaired. This is crap. You shouldn’t sell something unless it’s been tested and you know it works especially when you won’t take a refund and there’s no business. And the only dealer we could find is 35 miles away from where we live again we seriously doubt this generator was ever tested before sending it to a customer. How can you do business like that and we do expect a refund for our repair work or our time and trouble to get the repair work done.

The only issue we have, is the automatic choke doesn’t work properly. We have to manually use the choke.
You said open box not bent up missing the screws for the front and there says in the directions it has bag fittings that are supposed to be there included don’t no what they are because they I just mounted and hooked yesterday it does work I have some questions for you guys before I finish this review because I don’t it working correctly so I will call you on Monday thanks for the delivery but I was expecting open box but it was not all there
Purchased a refurbished Generac.
Condition was “good”, but not what I’ve come to expect from refurbished tools. At a minimum I would have expected a clean tool. Mine had dirt & oil/grease on various parts. About 40 hours which is no big deal. Missing parts (nothing to connect battery) Dirty. This unit had been exposed to the weather. Battery doesn’t take/hold a charge, damaged parts (wheel)
In short, should have just purchased a used unit locally (that’s what you’re getting anyway) or new.

It puts out good heat, the blower is nice, being adjustable. Long fire box accepts longer wood. Now for the bad. The shelf for the ashpan only goes part of the way back, therefore ashes will accumulate under the stove without being able to get. To get the ashes, you have to push through a small square hole that you lift out. You either have to let the fire go out or lose a lot of hot coals. My old stove allowed them to drop through grates into the ash pan, keeping the bigger coals in the firebox. It also would allow the ashes to free fall into the ashpan, on its own, requiring less effort. The old stove also had a sealed ash pan that you could crack open to start a fire. Closing both dampers still allows the fire to burn like a runaway train and will most likely be burned up and out by the morning. I installed a stove pipe damper to close at night so it would slow burn all night.
Quality good , but expensive
