Had slight damage to body and was taken care with warranty showed up on time and complete
Receiver hitch way too high ! Have to make a drop hitch and will not go to well on gravel have to add more weight then it is ok other wise works well after!
Well made and heavy duty. The box it comes in is a little cheesy but I suppose they do that to save weight. It was partially broken when it arrived but the brake itself was undamaged. Easy to set up and use and a great price.
The salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable. The price was good and arrived in A timely fashion. The generator worked great when we tested it, have not had to use it yet.

I ordered this on Wed, Mar 26, 2025 and it arrived on Tuesday April 16, 2025. It was supposed to be 8-10 Days for delivery and I had a job planned around its arrival so I wasn't too happy about the shipping debacle. Evidently Big Bear lost the initial purchase order so after a few phone calls to Factory Pure another was sent out on April 4th.
I received the unit in a well packaged wood box with metal tab locks around all edges. There was a little damage to the box but the unit inside was intact. Once the sides were removed from the box I unpacked the stretch wrap and not realizing it was unsupported the chute came crashing down. Luckily me feet were out of the way. Just a heads up to the next buyer. Unpack Carfully!
There was a few scrape marks on the paint in various places from shipping that I will need to get touch up paint for as they will rust quickly. The paint job on this machine is thin and cheap. It looks good but will not last, I can tell.
Assembly took about 4 hours and I did most of it myself. Needed a helper for mounting the intake chute and the front wheels, thats about it.
I fired it up soon after and let her run for about 20 minutes at idle then began chipping. What a BEAST this machine is!! Chipped up a whole trees worth of branches in about 20 minutes. I also had some old dry pine branches laying around and it chipped those (up to 4") with not much problem. I recommend not going over 4" though as it puts too much on the maching. A chunk in the intake chute must have been shot off the wheel and dented the inside, so the metal is not the best guage and could be a little thicker. Its a toss up though because its heavy to begin with. Definitely will need that touch up paint!!
For a homeowner machine this is definetely a top of the line chipper. I would say its only a couple notches below a small commercial 6" chipper. Will report back after some time of use.

The price for this product was good, but half of the fasteners were to short to be used. I had to go to the hardware store and buy longer metric bolts. This cost inconvenience and $26.
It’s summer here in Texas so I haven’t fired it up yet and I’m about to order the chimney. But the moment I opened the box I fell in love. Everything was in pristine condition, the fire bricks, the glass window, no dents; delivery was swift and professional by FedEx. I had gone online to search for best woodstove in the US and nr 1 was Buck stove but the price was 3 times more than this Drolet which came in at number 2. Absolutely a lovely and happy purchase and lastly the customer service at FactoryPure is top notch! Thank you!
It the hemi one fit on my mini bike it go super fast about 40 mph (with governor remove) my take 3 day delivery,
I needed a replacement part and wasn’t able to get it through Vevor. I did get it repaired locally.
With that review title, I did find a representative at the Tech Support very helpful and patient. IF the Owners manual were updated and cover all the updates to the trailer it would have been much easier to build. Be prepared to be texting with a representative. Secondly, don’t call, text or email. I never got a call back as promised to my first question. I just finished the building of the trailer and getting it turned over on its wheels so I can put sides on it. Thus I have not towed it with a load yet.

The generac 17500 portable generator will outdo so many standby generators have had one for over 17 years never had any problems with it they're only supposed to last for 10 years I know the one we had was getting old and it was time to get a new one so I went with the same generator that we had had backup generators in the past and they were always breaking down and always have to work on them the generac 17500 portable generator was always ready and always ready to go they got us through so many power outages I give it a solid 5-star rating I would wrecked it recommend this generator to anybody I'm sure this one will last for another 17 years too and I know it'll be ready to go with the power over goes out again which I know it will
Installed today (see pic) on 9 year old 3 ton Carrier AC . Downloaded free bluetooth easy start App. Ac shows 83 amps start up before micro on spec sheet not tested . First start with micro was 33 amps on start up #6 was 21.5 amps and quiet. so it does the job. Bought the install kit for $29.00 which was way too much and also the 2 year extended warrantee for $39.00 equals 4 year warrantee Easy install just follow instructions
